Having proactive and innovative employees is a tremendous asset to any organization. With that spirit, a Quiz Night initiated by the employees of Ikh Uilsiin Ereld Group was successfully held, contributing greatly to fostering a positive workplace atmosphere and encouraging teamwork.

Quiz Night is an engaging and intellectually stimulating activity designed to promote mental development, improve team collaboration, relieve stress, spend free time effectively, and boost motivation and healthy competition. It is widely acknowledged that one of the most effective ways for people to learn is through fun and engaging experiences — and this competition fully embraced that concept.

In this recent edition, employees of Ikh Uilsiin Erel Group participated in a fierce and exciting contest. Divided into 8 teams, participants tested their knowledge, wit, and quick thinking. The prize pool was awarded to the top two winning teams.
