"New Idea competition" was successfully organized.
At any organization, employees often come up with new ideas and initiatives that they wish to introduce to improve their work, teams, and the organization itself. Supporting and listening to these ideas is an essential part of a healthy organizational culture.
The “New Ideas Competition” for employees of Ikh Uilsiin Ereld Group was successfully organized.
The final round of the “NEW IDEAS COMPETITION”, held among employees of the group’s subsidiary companies, took place on April 25, 2025. Out of 44 submitted entries, the top 6 finalists presented and competed by pitching their innovative ideas. The judging panel engaged with participants in a Q&A session to explore each idea more deeply before announcing the final results.
