“Gold’s Gym – One Family” Staff Training Successfully Held for Gold’s Gym Employees
As part of Ikh Uilsiin Ereld Group’s subsidiary projects, Ikh Uils Ulemj LLC successfully organized the “Gold’s Gym – One Family” staff training for its Gold’s Gym fitness center employees.
The training covered various topics, including the rules, mission, unique characteristics, and history of the Gold’s Gym franchise, as well as ways for staff to improve their performance and boost sales.
Gold’s Gym is a globally recognized fitness franchise founded in 1965 in Venice Beach, California, USA. Today, it operates more than 700 branches in over 30 countries worldwide. Each franchise owner is responsible for establishing and operating a fitness center in their respective country according to international standards.
Since 2016, Ikh Uils Ulemj LLC has been operating Gold’s Gym in Mongolia, consistently contributing to the health and physical well-being of the Mongolian people.
