IUE Group reviews 2019 achievements and honors outstanding employees
As the year drew to a close, Ikh Uilsiin Ereld Group held its annual company-wide meeting, bringing together employees from across its subsidiaries to exchange updates, review the achievements of 2019, and discuss plans and objectives for 2020.
One of the highlights of the meeting was the opportunity for employees to share their ideas and innovative suggestions, reflecting the management team’s commitment to listening to employees and encouraging new initiatives and creative thinking.
During the event, outstanding employees who demonstrated excellence in their work and served as role models throughout 2019 were recognized and honored with awards from their respective industries, the Mongolian Youth Federation, and Ikh Uilsiin Ereld Group.
Mr. D. Enkhjargal, an engineer at Ikh Uilsiin Ereld Group, was awarded the Certificate of Honor by the Ministry of Construction and Urban Development of Mongolia. Mr. I. Batkhishig, Head of the Security Department, received the Honorary Badge of the Ulaanbaatar Metropolitan Police Agency.
In addition, Mr. E. Baasankhuu, IT Engineer at Ikh Uilsiin Ereld LLC; Ms. E. Enkhchimeg, Accountant at Digital Nomads LLC; Ms. B. Zulaa, Financial Specialist at Ikh Uilsiin Ereld Group; and Mr. G. Munkherdene and Mr. G. Jargalsaikhan of Ikh Mongol Property LLC were honored with the “Leading Youth” and “Labor Glory” awards presented by the Mongolian Youth Federation.
