One of the key projects that Ikh Uilsiin Ereld Group focused on in 2019 was the stabilization and development of operations at the Ikher Sharangad Meat Processing Plant.
Throughout the year, the company significantly strengthened its operations by upgrading production equipment, enhancing employee capabilities, and organizing training programs led by international experts.
Special emphasis was placed on processing Mongolian meat to high quality standards, improving packaging and presentation, and ensuring compliance with export requirements. Various initiatives were implemented to enhance product quality and competitiveness in international markets.
In 2019, Ikher Sharangad Meat Processing Plant successfully expanded its international partnerships and cooperation. The company began exporting processed meat and meat products to the People’s Republic of China and established long-term relationships with international partners, making it a year of significant achievement and growth.
