2006

Ikh Uilsiin Ereld LLC was established in 2006. The company started its' journey with operations mainly in construction sector, and now it has become one of the leading companies with the mission of contributing to the accomplishments of Mongolian construction sector.

2007

In 2007, 88 Households apartment building was fully completed in the Bayanzurkh District.
Also the initial process of building Bayanmongol Residential Town has officially launched.
Moreover "Визамир" LLC was established in 2007 in the field of construction.

2008

In 2008, "Tuurain Tuvurguun" LLC was established in a field of trade and commerce, service sector.

2009

The project "Bayanmongol khoroolol" was completed in 2009. This residential town is renowned for its' environment, family friendly structure, green area.

2011

In 2011, the construction of "Ikh Mongol" neighborhood began.

2012

In 2012, it was expanded to "Ikh Uiliins Ereld Group".
In 2012, the "Temuulel" sport center was put into operation.

2014

In 2014, the construction of "Ikh Mongol Complex" was started.
In 2014, started the construction of "Ikh Mongol Residence" for 200 families.
In June 2014, "Ikh Mongol Foods" LLC was founded.

2015

In 2015, "Ikh Mongol Complex" was fully operational.
In 2015, California 2 restaurant was launched.
In 2015, "Ikh Mongol Property" LLC was founded.
In November 2015, "Caffe Bene" opened a branch in the Ikh Mongol Complex.

2016

Gold's Gym Ulaanbaatar opened in February 2016. The largest fitness chain in the United States was officially imported to Mongolia and opened its' 715th branch in Ulaanbaatar.

Bravo Music Club was launched in March 2016.
