Founded
Ikh Uilsiin Ereld company began operations.
2007

In 2007, 88 Households apartment building was fully completed in the Bayanzurkh District. Also the initial process of building Bayanmongol Residential Town has officially launched. Moreover "Визамир" LLC was established in 2007 in the field of construction.
2009
Baynmongol khothon
In 2008, "ICPARK" LLC was established in a field of trade and commerce, service sector.
2012
ikh mngol group
The project "Bayanmongol khoroolol" was completed in 2009. This residential town is renowned for its' environment, family friendly structure, green area.
2014

In 2011, the construction of "Ikh Mongol" neighborhood began.

Expanded its scope of activity and adopted a group structure.
2015

In 2014, the construction of "Ikh Mongol Complex" was started. In 2014, started the construction of "Ikh Mongol Residence" for 200 families. In June 2014, "Ikh Mongol Foods" LLC was founded.

TSM energy
Gold's Gym Ulaanbaatar opened in February 2016. The largest fitness chain in the United States was officially imported to Mongolia and opened its' 715th branch in Ulaanbaatar. Bravo Music Club was launched in March 2016.

Digital nomads
The Startup Terminal business center project was implemented.

Successfully constructed and handed over the Embassy building of the United Arab Emirates.

TSM Energy LLC, a power distribution company, was founded.

Held the inauguration of the IC Park, an International Cultural Park project.

Smart Eco Trans LLC implemented a high-capacity container terminal project for freight processing. Esun Med LLC became the official distributor of Illumina, a U.S.-based company.

We provide container loading, unloading, and transshipment services at the AGV terminal, along with cleaning and maintenance of the 66-hectare site, using modern machinery and equipment.

We are developing the “Green Station” project to introduce 100% electric heavy-duty vehicles in the mining and logistics sectors and establish renewable energy-powered charging stations.
